In Texle tertia pars sancti Martini.
In Texel a third of the land belongs to Saint Martin's, in Wieringen two shares of the entire land belong to Saint Martin's, along with the churches on both shares, and the same applies to Vatrop (?). Also belonging to Saint Martin's, a tenth of the ships that were driven there by storms, and of the goods found on the beach, for no toll was charged.
In Dalmersce tota piscatio sancti Martini.
Of the tolls and other taxes on trade, and of the land tax that can be rightly claimed in the name of the king, one tenth belongs to St. Martin, and so too of the tax that is called "huslotho". In the Overmeer the whole fishery belongs to Saint Martin's, and in the Uitermeer, all the tragal nets, and half of the remaining fishery. In Dalmersce the entire fishery belongs to Saint Martin's.
In Getzeuuald in flumine Fennepa omnis piscatio sancti Martini.
In Getzewald, in the river Vennep, all fisheries belong to Saint Martin's. In Muiden seven fish weirs. In Almere the king's tenth of the taxes that are called koggeschuld. In Nesse, the villa with all its fisheries. Also in Almere a tenth of all fisheries with nets belongs to Saint Martin's. But also of what remains, a 19th belongs to Saint Martin's. The rest of the fishery in the Vecht belongs entirely to Saint Martin's with all wetlands that lie within, and all waters in Nifterlake with all fishing rights belong to Saint Martin's.
